Yes, you can subscribe for monthly plans. But we recommend subscribing for 7 Months or 12 Months Plans to save your time and money.
You cannot change the plan if you are already in an existing live subscription. Choose the right plan and highest possible plan always.

Subscription means live-running-continuing. It cannot be paused/resumed/cancelled. Active subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded under any conditions.

Note: Customers whose account is not renewed for more than 120 days/ 3 Months will attract reactivation charges of ₹300 INR.

Yes, Discount as in Free Months. If you recharge a 6Months plan, you get 1 month extra free. ( Total 7 Months). If you recharge a 9 Months plan, you get 3 months extra free. ( Total 12 Months).
The refundable amount (₹1000 security) is only paid to the customer if the customer disconnects after a minimum of 12 months of usage. If a customer disconnects before 12 renewal invoices, he is not eligible for the refund.
You must have to return the wireless radio device, Cable and POE adapter is in perfect working condition.
Note: If you want to disconnect in the middle of an active monthly/long term prepaid subscription, it cannot be cancelled or paused or refunded.

All Broadband customers receive dynamic IP only. If you are willing to buy a public static IP (without subnet and gateway), it costs ₹3600+GST yearly.
